Friday started out well:
And ended more well:
Let me give you the rundown in a nutshell while it’s still semi-fresh (wednesday night/thursday morning is a bit late to be blogging about the previous weekend maybe? Whatever. It was THAT good!)
Once upon a weekend a fiddler went along with her two fellow bluegrass/folksy enthusiast friends to the fine city of Pittsburgh where they saw city lights, walked across bridges, played a lot of music, experienced the slower version of Disney’s ‘Tower of Terror” (or the Duquesne Incline), saw+listened to the legend Ralph Stanley himself! (and his band), received fabulous hospitality from friends who lent their living space and home brews to for the weekend–>along with their back porch every morning 🙂 which is how all summer mornings are spent in paradise, frolicked around a big fountain, AND a magical garden palace (for real though–this garden had a room just for butterflies!) This adventure was Dr. ordered 100% and did the trick. The fiddle player’s cabin fever subsided and all was once again peachy with an extra smile!
Saturday was this:
Started with donuts ended with pie. Yes, I do believe that is how it’s done right.
Hoping your day is going swimmingly darling!
