Remember No-Bake Cookies? (aka, Oatmeal on Crack, or Breakfast-Lunch-Dinner)

Peanut Butter Pretzel Fudge
1 stick unsalted butter
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 1/2 cups crushed pretzel pieces
In a medium saucepan melt butter, milk and sugar together till it boils, stirring constantly (do not let burn!) Stir in peanut butter and vanilla till melted in, then fold in pretzel pieces. Pour into waxed casserole dish and let set. (This is so hard. Mine didn’t get quite enough time to set…) After solidified cut it with a really sharp knife (it may be crumbly) into squares.
