1 250ml milk (I think we used whole milk)
1 large tablespoon of already yogurt (because you just save individual spoonfuls of yogurt in your fridge right?)
jam of your choice (I used blackberry)
Heat milk just to the boiling point, then take it off the heat and cool till it reaches 46 degrees C. At this point stir in the yogurt (aka the “starter culture”). Pour mixture into designated yogurt containers, cover with saran wrap and tin foil and then refrigerat overnight.
Wah La! you’ve got delicious fresh plain yogurt in the morning-stir in fruit action.
